The design of the product and its components is carried out in a three-dimensional virtual environment. This technology allows to avoid design errors and significantly reduce the time required to develop a product and a set of design documents. In addition, the obtained three-dimensional models of parts are further used for technological preparation of production

Technological preparation of production includes the technological study of the product, consisting of an assessment of the manufacturability of the product design, proposed for manufacturing, the development of routing technologies for the manufacture of the product, the selection of the necessary equipment and tooling for the manufacture of the product.
Technological preparation of production is carried out using modern software tools that allow to quickly generate production tasks, statements for the purchase of raw materials and components, prepare control programs for machine tools with numerical control software

The production base of PrJSC "ELOX PLANT" includes equipment necessary for the processing of various materials by cutting, equipment for performing welding operations with special requirements and criteria for the quality of welds, and equipment for assembling complex products..

All products manufactured by PrJSC "ELOX PLANT" are subject for quality control. Inspectors of PrJSC "ELOX PLANT" are certified for all types of control that they perform, including special types of control of welded assemblies: capillary testing, ultrasonic testing, leakage testing. Control is carried out using modern equipment and high-precision measuring instruments.
