Installation and author's supervision

PrJSC "ELOX PLANT" provides Installation supervision and author support in the process of installation and operation of its products, which is provided for in the terms of the supply contracts. This activity is carried out with the aim of providing installation and operating organizations with methodological assistance in the installation and operation of products of PrJSC “ELOX PLANT”, which is needed to ensure long-term and trouble-free operation of products. As contractors for installation, only organizations that have the permission of the supervisory authorities for the right to install should be involved. In necessary cases, Installation and service supervision engineer conducts training for installation personnel on the procedure for handling products of PrJSC “ELOX PLANT”. Quality control of works in accordance with the quality plan is carried out by Installation and service supervision engineer and, if necessary, by the Quality assurance service of PrJSC “ELOX PLANT”. The author's supervision is planned and organized by the chief designer, carried out by design engineers or Installation and service supervision engineers. In the process of Installation and service supervision and author supervision, the following works are performed: 

- solving current technical issues; 

- coordination of technical solutions prepared by the Customer or installation organization; 

- preparation of data on the work of the equipment during operation; 

- holding meetings at which ways of further cooperation and product improvement are determined; 

- supervision of compliance with quality management procedures during installation and commissioning of products of PrJSC "ELOX PLANT".

Service maintenance

Service maintenance includes equipment maintenance during warranty obligations and product modification work. Work during the warranty period is performed in accordance with the operating documents for the products. Works on the modification of hermetic penetrations are performed under separate contracts by the personnel of PrJSC “ELOX PLANT” or by specially trained personnel of the Customer.
